IMO Chthon

This is a tough one.
Cyttorak may have more raw power. A force of the multiverse.
But, Cthon has more arcane knowledge and experience. He is more of a "player" in the game.
Possibly.
Not a lot has been exposed about Cyttorak's past. He just has been made out to exist.

And I'll have to go with Cyttorak. After that Dark Reign storyline and Dr. Strange's "Bolt of Purity" or whatever, I've become a Chthon skeptic :P
