He's not underrated by any means. People put him above Flash, and rightfully so.

Actually some people put the flashes(plus flashlike ememies) almost at godlike levels that cant be beat by anyone short of galactus level.

He sort of lets them win. He should be able to take out Wally without much trouble, but his primary goal is for Wally to become a btter hero.

But isn't Zoom not actually faster than Wally? He's only able to jump through time so that he's always one step ahead of Wally. Even though they look similar, those two techniques are both very different, in my opinion. Technically, Wally is soooooooo much faster than Zoom, correct?

IMO no matter how you achieve it, faster is faster. So IMO Zoom is definatley the faster of the 2, he just dosent have the raw speed that flash has...
