Basically so whoever is on in whichever region can talk to people who live in the same area..

Dont think it would really matter to KMC as much cause people come on at all times, plus say it was split, I know half the people here dont come on during the day from school and so on, so I usually end up talking to overseas people....kinda defeats the purpose of regional boards.
