4th. The Glow

I honestly don't know enough about Darkmatter, Hyperspace, or the Glow...but I feel that the Power Cosmic is by the most supreme power there.

That's just my opinion, however.

You should add in Speedforce.... and other stuff

Magic = PIS+CIS combined.... it beats everything

Look What Dr. Strange, Zatanna, Dr. Fate, Mordru,Scarlet Witch and The Spectre all can do. Magic beats cosmic power any day. There are things that are mysticaland Cosmic in nature but dont' get counted as such. The Phoenix, THOU, Mr. Myx, The ALE, The Source, Death, Hell and Heaven, GEB, TOAA, Presence. Magic trumps the power cosmic becuz it's only a marvel thing where as Magic/Mystic/Supernaturl power belongs to every universe.

It helps that 90% of characters seem to be somewhat vulnerable to it.

Power cosmic = Science-Magic

speedforce would rule over all. its been compared to heaven by the prince of hell, and is the cause for all moving matter in the universe

Other than Enthrophy, who is not weakagainst PC?
The Glow is the GL's main source of energy.
Lets add in The Quantum field

The Quantum Field would come under science

The silver uses PC to enter in, travel through hyperspace.
PC is the cause, hyperspace the effect. PC > hyperspace.
Darkmatter = PC

Yeah, only after Kyle gave him the energy. If he could manipulate it so easily, why didn't he take it by force?

Without saying how it was done of course and it certainly does nothing to prove that PC > Oan energy.

Exactly. And apparently, Hals drain seemed to take much less time than Thanos's drain, yet Surfer seemed to be much weaker.

Erm, I'm not a math major or anything, but generally ...

Unlimited = Unlimited.

Stalemate, ad infinitum, unless some new stipulation is added. When one person has been shown to be more powerful than another (say, Surfer using PC to overcome Darkmatter or something) it hasn't been with an 'unlimited' amount. There's limits that are inherent because of the characters involved.

Actually it's unlimited access to finite power supplies (in most cases)
