Dragon Man is as strong as the Hulk, and Mr. Fantastic can stretch forever and ever.
But, it might come down to something as simple as Dragon Man's ability to breath fire.

no he's not. dragon man can only lift in excess to 15 tons. hulk is classified as power level 100. ( 100 tons)
