Thanos, Strange, Silver Surfer for the win. The others are non Factors. And the DC teams dont' have the fight fire power to over come those three.

DR. Fate can hold his own with Dr. Strange.
GL kyle is currently the Torchbearer.... thats the combined powers of both the Oan battery (cosmic power) and the starheart (magical power) So far he has shown to beat down Alex Nero, who beat down on Hal Jordan, showing that Kyle is probably around low skyfather level at the least.
Superman in most fights "loses" to silver surfer due to surfers ability to be cosmically aware of superman's weaknesses and the ability to create them through matter manipulation... HOWEVER.. that does not apply to Black adam or Captain marvel who are magically powered.

If it was just those 3... they would be severely overpowered and defeated.

The Defenders/IW lose, because they really have no solution for team JLA... you would need the Runner with the Time gem for it to really be a fair fight.

You forgot Pip. He's a infinity watch member.

Why are you taking away their gems? that's what defines them as a team. Warlock and the INFINITY watch! Warlocks almost worthless without his soul gem. With it, he's deadly effective. He handled Star Thief Solely because of it. taking away their gems is like taking away a green lanterns ring. It's not fair.

I didn't mean that the three of them alone could beat both teams, but those three tip the scales heavily in the favor of the marvel side.

pip is useless in this fight...

actually, the soul gem negates most of Warlock's inherent cosmic power....

with the gems, its a slaughter, imagine thanos with the reality gem....

Pip is useles? He's like spider-man and nightcralwer combined.

Pre IW Pip did not have space traveling powers...

Now... even without the gem, Pip can still space travel as if he had the space gem... and teleport others as well...

I assume its the second pip we are talking about.
