The Fighting Arena

Found in the eastern jungles of the lush greens that inhabit the 'Arena' planet, there is an ancient yet large fighting arena where ALL fights must take place.
There are surveillence drones patrolling the areas around the fighting arena at all times, the power and control links are kept classified so infiltration and overtaking of the security systems guarding the site would be impossible.
The are large posters all over the buildings of the main settlement that state the rules for engaging in fights.
THE RULES:
1. You must contact a head member of staff before even considering to challenge another fighter for approval.
2. Approval must be written in letter form and delivered to the oponent with a guard present.
3. Any fights that have not been approved by a member of staff will be looked upon as acts of pure violence and will be dealt with harshly.
4. Fights may take place more than one at a time, but you must not engage in anothers fight...ever.
