Completly out of character personality wise even for her crazy self. Basically she is going after her former life Wild Child for running away and wants to kill him. Tottally out of character even for her split-personalities. Anyways here she is showing her concussion blasts. Here she is sending light from her whole body and sending those concussion blasts all over. The blasts make sense due to ever since the experiment with Walter her light powers have been evolving. The way this stoped was Mystique transforms into handsome Wildchild and this calms her down, but the now animal Wild Child attacks Mystique for confusing Aurora.

Here is her bio, but this has some problems. I take it after regaining her powers in AF #83 she regained her speed potential of going 99% the speed of light. However, as stated she has better endurance then her brother but he can fly faster. The handbook has her having a faster speed on ground, when that's false since both can move faster running. Bull on two accounts, first off Magneto would not be able to grab him that easily. Secondly, "not nearly as fast" as Quicksilver? eh? Northstar has way more speed feats then him such as running more than mach 18.7. Then in the same issue in a matter of moments Northstar rushes into the upper atmosphere to rescue Paulie and lands on a battle cruiser 50 miles off of the Genoshan coast. Ummmm.... he has to be going like escape velocity speed to be able to do something like that. That's faster than mach 32.7

After pushing his body to the limits flying all over the world to do missions Arcade set up as well as being exhausted and hurt from battling hired assassins, Northstar finally has reached his peak. He is compeltly exhausted and can't use his speed anymore from it. He eventually finds out who is putting him through his crisis and confronts him. Being exhausted and not being able to use his speed it looks like it's over for him. Until he uses nerve point attacks that Wolverine taught him. After his death the Hand most likely taught him more fighting skills

Arcade makes Northstar go around the world battling various people and go to various places. He is near exhausted here, but still keeps on fighting. The Quebec terminal they start in is key to Northstar's history when he worked for the FLQ. They wanted to kill people at the bus terminal, so Nortstar turns an act of terrorism to heorism. At this point he is running on empty.

Set fifteen years into the future, the surprise remanifestation of the Phoenix throws life into chaos for the X-Men, both on Earth and the furthest reaches of space. On Earth, a new threat emerges from Mr.Sinister in league with the pan-dimensional Slavers.X-Men become direct targets by Warskulls who attack the Xavier Institute itself. The Warskrulls continued their attack and one set off an explosion, which ignited the Institutes anti-matter fusion reactor. It created a massive explosion-killing majority of the X-Men, except for Northstar with his speed sacrificed his life in order to save Cyclops and take him to safety.

When the evil Pestilence fed off the death and decay within Northstar's body, the illness was greatly worsened. He steadily grew more and more ill until he was almost completely incapacitated. The team went to find the Firefountain a source of magical power which they thought might have been able to cure him. He never reached the Firefountain, as Loki convinced him that his and his Aurora's mother had an Asgardian elf. Northstar was then fooled into believing that he was dying because he could not exist on earth without the light that the twins had once shared. Aurora expelled all of her light into her brother to save him leaving her powers drained, to be dragged off by demons. Northstar then flew to Asgard through a gate opened by Loki. In time Loki was summoned before the higher gods, They Who Sit Above in Shadow. To atone for his trickery he transported Aurora to a monastery. Northstar later gives half of his power back to Aurora and both regain their full power (during the Llan crisis)

The twins have been manipulated by the Hand, Weapon X and recently by the Children of the Vault. Their only fragments of their former selves so the X-Men travel to the S.H.I.E.L.D helicarrier in attempt to cure them. Thier goal is to make them live their relive their life in a day, but the process is interupted and they eventually mind-meld. They eventually do their patent team-up to held cure themselves. Thank god their finally truely cured and back to normal....about TIME!
