Every teacher should react that way when some dipshit "forgets" to turn off his cell phone, and proceeds to say "Oh sorry, I'll turn it off" only to have it ring again 10 minutes later.

I'd probably have to go take a shit on the hood of his car for that.

It would be fair if the student gets up and grabs his notebook and slams it to the floor.

But the notebook isn't disrupting the class.
