100% Vulcan as in when he was in Deadly Genesis crossover.. He could probably take on Nova, dont think Nova's got any defense against timed attacks, unless he can stay away from those kind of attacks which i think is possible then hed probably take out Vulcan.. I dont think shunting offs Nova's powers would work either, just the fact that his got a living computer in him..
This fight could go either way but for now id give it to Nova 7/10.
