Each time I try to sleep, I think about what will happen after the world is no longer here.... The sun will explode at one point, destroying earth, also what happens if a Black hole Engulfs us? We can't reincarnate then, so what happens? Will we be lost into nothing, not able to think or see, hear or smell? ......And Death I think of that often too... These things make me have a very hard time sleeping at night and I ****ing hate it, I wish I could just stop thinking about it.

Bah, What happens after death!?

I just want to sleep......

Those same thoughts go through my mind every time I drive down any given street off The Strip in Las Vegas on my way to a story.

i mostly worry about sleep paralasis before i sleep.
So in retrospect you guys got nothing to worry about because you wont wake up with something that destroy's your sanity.

Dude, I wake up in Las Vegas . . . . EVERY DAY!

I think I have insomnia because I never get to bed until 2 or 3 in the morning. But I can wake up in time for class and not feel tired. Wierd.

I suggest reading or watching tv before bed. That usually gets me sleepy.

The depressing thoughts.....I have those a lot, but I definetly don't think about it before bed. Everyone thinks about it, just try to not do that before bed. Losing sleep is like a total *****.

sleeping pills. instead of posting your sleep problems, or you can keep posting your problems till you fall asleep.
