Spider-Man wins due to webbing, without it against classic Spider-Man Puck can definetly take the majority

I don't think the webbing is really even necessary. However, Puck does put up a great fight. This would definitely be a battle.

What could Spider-Man physically do to Puck's compressed rubber body? He's on par with Mister Fantastic (handbooks give them both the same level in durability)
