$533 a month on my income...I would have very little money for other bills.

But...maintenance included is actually a great deal. My friend does landscaping and I know how much he charges.

I pay way too much in rent right now, basically living paycheck to paycheck. I'll save $350.00 a month by having roommates. Whoever gets the master bedroom might have to pay more because the master is like HUGE, with a walk-in closet that could practically be another bedroom.

Yeah we pay a total of $1100 a month for our 3 bedroom home. The master in this one is 2 times the size of my room, with 2 walk in closets, a big sitting area (which was turned into the computer room) and a large bathroom with a jacuzzi tub.
