Doctor actually has more feats, but he's a flake. Current Doctor might not be so much of a flake but is lacking in experience.

Toss-up, really. Personally I think Franklin's overrated from his lack of consistent feats (a threat to the Celestials my ass), but his power is probably at least on par with Big D.

Didn't Franklin restore Galactus during the Abraxas arc? That's a higher feat that anything from Doctor. Of course he still wins because Franklin is a newb.

Yeah, Franklin has had like 4 different incarnations and is currently a powerless toddler. It's hard finding a definite power level for him.

But yeah, by high end feats he's probably got the edge, but The D is much more consistent rather than just pulling random abstract-level feats out of his bum once every few years or so.
