Doesn't the Godwave take time to use? If so, she's going down before she gets a chance.

I"m assuming he meant that she is going into battle with it ready. Of course she can cross her bracelets while she prays for it. But it just isn't really fair to Surfer's side with her having the GW. and it isn't fair to her if she doesn't have it.
