Teeeechnically...no one on that list can truly stop him. I mean, they can bat him around a lot. But no one is going to actually hurt/damage/injure Juggernaut in any way. It's kinda hard to make gauntlets involve Juggernaut. Especially 8th Day Juggernaut.

Ego would win. Do we not thinkg Surtur could win? I mean the guy is pretty much above Odin, and a very powerful being. Maybe not Cytorak level, but close?

He gets stopped by Mangog and Kurse, and goes no further. Mostly Mangog. The battle, itself, would fuel Mangog much the way Cyttorak energy fuels Juggs. In a way, Juggernaut would be fueling Mangog.
