That's not all. I want an athletic actress for Wonder Woman because she is a race from gods and should look like it but in the case of Kara (supergirl) she won't need that extreme shape because this is a girl that grew up on Krypton just like normal people. Then why is Superman athletic? He arrived as an infant experiencing these great powers while growing on Earth developing the shape he has now. In other words Supergirl would be like Wonder Woman if she had arrived also as an infant.

but in comics she is perceived as very feminine isn't she now redcaped, so really she is a good choice in looks

Acting is the easiest thing to do...anyone can give a good acting with proper instructions. It is basically the way you look for the role.

that is true, the director pretty much tells the actor what emotion to show, how to move... everything, the actor has to do literally what they are told to a T unless they are given improvising rights... rarely in big movies though, they have to be done right

a director is not a babysitter... actors have tough jobs, they have to convey a whole range of emotions, on cue... when its good, they deserve praise, but when its bad, its their fault as much as the writer/director...

as for supergirl... i honestly don't know... but im sure they can find a perky blonde who has at least some talent...

a great actor, robert redford said, "you dont get paid for the acting you get paid for the waiting around and promoting the film your in", he's got it pretty much right!

in the comics her hair is blonde... she isn't from krypton, well the same one superman is from, so why change a good thing? blonde actresses are hotter well in majority anyway, not saying brunettes are ugly, just more hot blondes

Yes, but the comics have many errors. Remember the time they created Supergirl. I want a blond actress with dyed hair.

I have a question? What does the "s" really mean? Is it a rank, code or maybe an identification. I don't think Kara should be wearing an exact costume. She's from Krypton remains, much like a civilized continent in space that I want Brainiac to possess by shrinking it...that's what this dude does.

just look at what heppened to van helsing... people are more convinced of jackman's wolverine that his van helsing role has been obscured. a wolverine spin off movie is now in pre-production. van helsing is nowhere to be found...

Current Comic Super-girl is blond. She is from Krypton and is on the same level as Supes power-wise.

The S is a family symbol within Most Superman media. Within the comics it's had several revisions but is currently a planet-wide symbol of hope thanks to the piece of Bullshit that is Birthright....
