I dunno, again people Ion has the same powers parallax had and more.

Therefore Ion = Entropy rift and erases from time everything it comes into contact with.

Which Hyperstorm is it and why did you even include him?

If you mean the Exiles one then yeah but hes still vulnerable to the entropy rifts.
