Without prep H.E goes down first, but with prep he'd be able to stalemate the two, but since no prep was stated, he loses here.

Kubik vs. Ego really could go either way, but I'll give Kubik a slight edge as he can manipulate reality on atleast a planetary level, and Ego as we know is a planet.
