5 and 8-10 I think would give him a hell of a time or possibly take a majority over him.
But there is no way he beats Cable or Nate Grey. Nate Grey destroyed Xavier in the astral plane when he was still new to his power. When he was at full potential he could switch between dimensions at a blink of an eye.

According to continuity Jean has always been the Phoenix so....plus after the Inferno the Phoenix was embedded into her DNA....meaning she did have the PF...
Anyway Psylocke has also penetrated Juggs helmet....doesn't mean she's better then Xavier...
