Gambit vs. Darkseid

Gambit is ****ed with by Mr. Sinister to take out Darkseid by any means necessary, has his New Sun status restored (and will only revert to normal if Darkseid is killed no exceptions) and has a everything you need to know about Darkseid encyclopedia downloaded into his brain. Darkseid is informed an hour in advance that a cajun with complete control over kinetic energy is coming for his head and is shown a picture of what he looks like in his current state by Metron. They both bump into each other at the same time on some random abandoned planet with neither side getting the drop on the other. Who wins?

If by Gambit you mean New Sun then this is kind of understandable.

However, if this is regular gambit, this is the dumbest thing i've ever seen
