even though Jaspers and Mr. M are very powerful, they arent in Mxy's league

Even though they basically have the same powers, the mutants are nowhere close to Mxy's league. No contest.

So even though it was said that 616 Mad Jim was a multiversal threat with exponentially increasing powers, he doesn't come close to 5th dimensional imp power levels?

Mister M is a nonfactor in this fight really. It is basically Jim Jaspers vs Mister Mxyzptlk

Until Jaspers can pwn God's wrath i see no way for him to win this fight....
