Oh, S1m hands down.

S1M was severely weakened when he punched through Time itself.

SBP was not weak we he did the same.

IMO Supes 1M>SBP in a pure slugfest, but the thing is that it would never need to go that far. S1M just has so many more options then SBP, he would literally win without throwing a single punch.
