i think one could effectively argue that he's beyond street level terms as well.

Ghost Rider.

I'd put him at another level beyond these guys completely.

I doubt Penatence stare would work on most of these guys

However, his other powers with this for GR

GR, pretty easily..Spidey would be like an annoyence though....

it's down to gr and spidy the others r street levelers these 2 have some real power the p stare would work on spidy but he may be able to over come it

Ghost Rider is a little bit beyond these guys' league - Spidey might be able to avoid him for a while, maybe even land some punches, but ultimately he'd go down, in my opinion...

Ghost Rider fire nukes them, ala WWH. Fight over in 3 seconds.

Damn alot of people seem to be assuming that ghost riders only weapon or form of attack is the penace stare.

Ghost Rider takes this with minimal effort. This is a total stomping.
