Can these two very powerful beings beat the mighty Galactus?

Exitar destroys the life on worlds which fail the Celestials' tests. A full-strength hammer blow from Thor, which shook the entire planet, only managed to punch a small hole in his armor. During a conflict with The Watchers, Exitar's physical form was "murdered" by Sue Storm after she disrupted his "brain case." It was stated however that Exitar will reform after some time

Geeze! Exitar is "twenty-thousand feet tall." Galactus might be between 30-100 feet tall depending on what comic he is in.

100 % power Galactus is equal to Eternity. Exitar may be 20,000 feet tall, but Galactus would be as tall as a Universe. Galactus wins this easily.

Unless you mean 100 % of his normal showing... in that case Exitar would win I would say 8/10 as it's possible that Galactus will start absorbing him, and if he starts eating his energy Exitar will be toast.

People do not understand that ALL of the Celestials, together, MAY make up AN aspect of Eternity.
That's all.
Galactus makes up a peer of Eternity. Galactus is capable of blowing away entire Galaxies!
Size, time, mind, reality and more, have all been controlled by Galactus at one time or another.
And, Quasar as defeated Watchers on his own.
