The School That Cried FIRE!!!!

So ever since a few days ago, my dorm building's fire alarm has been going off. It's a big dorm too, with 3 different sections of 3 different types of dorm rooms.

Anyway, the fire alarm keeps going off periodically throughout the day.

It just went off again and stayed on for over 10 minutes.

ANNOYING.

How do I know. Because I stayed in the entire time. I'm on the 4th floor and I no longer take the alarms seriously. I went out for the first one, but not anymore.

How will I ever know when there's a real fire. Will I burn up in die because of this school pulling my leg, time after time.

This school has been here long enough where it should have it's **** straight already.

What do you all think. If I burn up, is it my owh fault? Or is it the school's fault for having all of these false fire alarms daily.

Sometimes we just get 2 beeps and then it completely goes off. That's when you know it was an accident and was just a mistake. But times like the one we just had where it lasted for over 10 minutes has me thinking where I just don't know.

I was told if you just stay up in your room and lock the door, they won't find you. I heard they'll come in the apartment, and up the stairs and knock on your door, but they won't come in.

So the first few times, my roommates and I just stayed in. But I believe this time they all went. I'm not for sure, b/c I didn't leave my room to check. But it all got quiet in the door because there was loug music playing.

Anyway. This is a very annoying environment to live in without the annoyance of fire alarms.

You know it's bad when the actual Fire Alarm is annoying.

And obviously the alarm is being controlled by people in charge, so they know.

In truth, I think that's pretty bullsh*t how the alarm goes off constantly.

Reminds me of last week, almost every day we got evacuated because some dumbass decided to write a bomb threat 😬

So really it was "The Dumbass who cried "BOMB IN THE SCHOOL!" to get out of a test and knows he's worth up to 500 bucks for his capture."
