Just watched Open Water 2, can't really call it horror, more suspense.

It started out good but then gradually turned into a peice of crap. 5/10.

MildPossession
Open Water 2 is just called Adrift here, had no idea it was Open Water 2... first one was bad enough.

Let sleeping corpses lie AKA LIVING DEAD AT THE MANCHESTER MORGUE

While i found it very creepy and on its own it was spoilt by the BAD dubbing
A New York police Sgt soundalike in Windermere in the UK,people with accents that went from australian to yorkshire to cockney in 3 sentances!
and a lead actor who sounded like a cross between Dean Lerner and David Beckham.
Me n my Girlfreind were in hysterics....but apart from that we both loved it.
And it was a first for me as the intro to the movie was filmed about ten minuites from where i live.

Maniac is in my local Music Zone store for 3.99
anyone know if its cut??

MildPossession
Music Zone is great smile

Last watched The Eye last night on television.

Mattomic
Music zone is the best shop for DVD's.....Cex is okay too, but they charge the same for a DVD second hand as Music Zone do for a first hand, in wrapping copy

Impediment
Watched the beginning of The Shining, but fell asleep 'cuz I was dog tired. Great movie, and I need to finish it.

01-Jeller

The Core
Been killin' a lot of horror movies the past 2 days:

Fiend Without a Face
Jungle Holocaust
House On the Edge of the Park
Slither

Impediment
Any comments on Slither? I still have yet to watch it.

BackFire
Such a disappointment, that movie was. David Hess delivered, as usual, though.

I didn't like it to much the idea that it's a parody of old horror films is kind of fun but i didn't find the movie itself to be all that great erm though that's just my opinion

The Core
I thought "Slither" was a lot of fun, personally. I don't think I've seen a movie quite like it. A big B movie with a Hollywood budget, that still stays true to its intended roots.

Zilverz
i recently watched Stay Alive .. the one about the killer video game.. it got horrible reviews .. which it did deserve.

The only thing I wanted to add was that if you are the type of person that Supernatural things raise your hairs and you want to watch something new ... then the movie is worth watching once.. a few scenes will achieve

Wolfie
Yeah, I thought Slither was quite fun in its over-the-top nature.

I watched City of Rott last night. That was a good one for zombie fans to check out. It has an old man fighting off zombies with his walker. Good times.

And I saw Saw III last night/this morning. It's the worst of the trilogy but it's not bad (I know that'll be an oxymoron for some of you, but I like the whole series).

deathbycorn
Watched Dario Argento's Inferno last night.

What a total crock of shit. Argento is the most overrated director ever.

I watched the top 100 Scary moments of Channel 4 on Sat and it was EXCELLENT
on the other hand i watched Channel 5s top 50 Scary Movies and it was a JOKE!!!
ElM St,Halloween and TCM didnt even make the top ten...TCM didnt even make the top 20!!!
What lies beneath and THE hand that rocks the cradle rated HIGHER!!!!
Jesus i nearly died laughing.
They also had such horror experts as Michelle Marsh and Lucy Pinder to offer their knowledge on the horror genre.
For anyone not in the uk its the equivillent of having Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie discussing the merits of Dario Argento and Lucio Fulci.

vintageSW77

Feast - 8/10... I found it more fun than scary, but an entertaining "B" movie

To be watched soon:
The Shining
Dog Soldiers
Shutter
Cure

Impediment
Faust: Love of the Damned (2001). A terrible movie.

deathbycorn
Evil Bong 10/10
Interview with the Vampire 8/10
Childs Play 2 7/10
Seed of Chucky 1/10

EvilDead666
Feast was an excellent new flick. Recommended by me!

Solo
Saw III with my friends, terrible. Feast was awful, as well, watched that one a while back.

deathbycorn
The camera work in Feast was too fast paced and you coudn't make out what wa going on most of the time the creatures showed up. It was a let down.

Napkin Thief
I think if you caught the Project Greenlight episodes covering the making of Feast you will be surprised by how gd it turned out considering its dumb script and worse dialogue. Gulager did a good job despite the mess he had to work with...

It was better then it had any right to be wink
