They were able to consume Silver Surfer how does Thanos do against them since he pretty much owns SS?

I'd say Thanos is either turn into a zombie himself or his brains are eaten.

If Thanos has prep then he either cures the Marvel Zombies, or utterly destroys them.

no prep he bairly escapes with his life. (he can't die)

Surfer losing to the zombies was PIS. Thanos takes down zombie earth just like Surfer should have.
