Wolverine is faster than Thor can even think. He'll speedblitz him and slice his head off. Thor can't possible be that durable - Wolverine has cut the Thing, the Surfer, and Thanos - he'll be able to cut thor.
Once Thor lacks his head, Wolverine tries to lift Mjolnir - Odin is so afraid of the consequences of not making Wolverine happy that he lifts the enchantment preventing those unworthy from doing so.

Edit: This is seriously some spite, though....maybe it would be a little more fair if you made it Rune King Thor versus Wolverine. Then Thor might have a chance at the 1/10. As is, it's a curbstomp.

wolverine is just too powerful for the gods, he can cut them all with his claws, because those are adamantium claws that can cut true realms and planets , wolverine doesn't even need his claws he can just beat thor with his hands, he is the best there is he will just give thor a mega super kick and kill him because he knows all the pressure points , and thor wont be able to even see that kick because wolverine is faster then a bullet , wolverine 10/10
