The "Uglies" Take this pretty easily. Morg and Thanos can take any two on the other team. Terrax will probably die but it will end up being 2 on 1 with whoever on the other team fought Terrax.

terrax is a total non-factor, and as long as this is regular morg, it looks like it'll be superman, sentry, thor v thanos. unless thanos is revealed to be powered up AGAIN in annihilation, he'll lose pretty badly.
