I don't like this list as much

Energy manipulation, energy projection or both? When I think energy manipulation, I think of all the different kinds of energy one could do various things with. Energy projection is just who could blow the most stuff up.

Just energy manipulation, like shielding, and various other effects?

there is a difference between Energy Manipulation and Energy Level.
For instance, Surfer has crazy amounts of energy and feats to go with it (energy level).
But, when it comes to the energy manipulation thing, Quasar has the feats to beat. He has done all kinds of stuff with tons of different types of energy, and energy attacks against him.



GL(Kyle)- 80 there are things he cannot do with energy.

Magneto- 20 he does not manipulate energy. he utilizes magnetism. please don't come out of the woodwork, complaining. I should not have to explain my answer, it should be easy to see.
