def. savage he's been around since the dawn of mankind and has perfected very method of killing and honed his body to peak human.. also unlike the others he cant die period...RM is the only threat to him, cuz he comes back with actual powers whle Mr. Immortal is just an average guy who cant die, so unless RM starts off with a useful power with which he can disable Savage, i dont see either of them beating savage

Resurrection Man is pretty damn smart. He's the JLA 1 Million's master of tactics and considering they have two other super genius types on the team, thats no small feat.
