Full Power. But Odin's has had the strength and powers amplifed also by the power gem

Maybe but High E and Odin are very powerful without being amplifed and they would be many times more powerful then that. Let me make a little change with High E and instead of the mind gem I will give him the Reality Gem- Reality (yellow) -
