Full Power. But Odin's has had the strength and powers amplifed also by the power gem

Yeah but If Galactus was worried by Thor's God Force what would The Odin's Force do when Odins powers had been amplifed?

thats a good point, and to be honest im not really sure about this one, I just dont see odin and high evolutionary even amped up, being able to compete with full powered tyrant, and a well fed galactus. thats just my oppinion though

Maybe but High E and Odin are very powerful without being amplifed and they would be many times more powerful then that. Let me make a little change with High E and instead of the mind gem I will give him the Reality Gem- Reality (yellow) -
Perhaps the most powerful, and most difficult to utilize. Allows the user to fufil wishes - even if in direct contradiction with scientific laws. Can result in disaster if not careful as to the nature of the wish
