This is tough. I have Angie just below herald-types in my mind, so Diana would likely be a good matchup for her.
I honestly can't see WW losing this, but I suppose, based on feats and such, that it's possible....not sure if her atomic-level shredding trick would work on Di, but that's a possibility. Most of her conventional weaponry would probably just be a joke to WW though, and durability is probably a push with a slight edge to WW (same with strength and such).
