Team has only what they are carrying with them (ie no labs, batmobiles, etc)

Bat Squad: Batman, Azrael, Nightwing and Batman Beyond

1 hour prep, fight in Gotham

1. Kraven, Bane and Killer Croc
2. Lizard, Shocker and Rhino
3. Punisher, Dare Devil, and Electra
4. Captain America and Black Panther
5. Wolverine and Spiderman
6. Luke Cage and Sabretooth
7. Deadpool and Omega Red
8. Carnage and Venom
9. Hulk

They stop at 7 or clear it.

Assuming this is Azrael as batman (i.e. w/ his version of the suit etc.)
Venom should pose a minimal problem as soon as sonics come into play. And they will.

And the four of them are too much for even OR

they stop at #7.

i dont see them beating DP and Omega

remember, Batman Beyond is pretty powerful and so is Azrael with his batarmor suit. Batman is a master fighter and tactician and Nightwing is no slouch. Don't underestimate this team.

i see them stopping at 5, although they can most likely take 6 and 8 too with sonics. but not 7 and def not 9

Oh, and if they get past DP and OR (which I would give a 6/10), they clear it. Normally I would say they stop hard at Hulk, but I think the one hour prep is enough to get their best gadgets together, etc.

Do their opponents get that hour of prep, too?

Regardless, I think #5 can stop them.
