Hi everyone !
I'm new here and to anime so I wanted to know if theres any animes in the fantasy genre with castles, princes, evil wizards, and quests ?

Yes. Record of the Lodoss War is the obvious one; it's very D&D like (being actually based on a D&D campaign, I think). The Slayers series is comic fantasy, as is Gokudo. Berserk is very dark military fantasy. Fullmetal Alchemist isn't high fantasy ("castles, princes, evil wizards, and quests," but if it's not fantasy, I'm not sure what you'd call it. Hm ... there must be others, but I'm drawing a blank right now.

Rayearth is somewhat like that it's all I have to add to his list.

Dragon Knights, Sorcerer Hunters, Legendz, Flame of Recca, Princess Knight (It's really old though, like 50's old.)
