Ghost Rider is one of my favourites but I don't see him winning...He is a powerful character who broke out of hell. But we don't what Phoenix could do to him actually. I say Phoenix.

Yeah I know that just rushed trough that issue...But seriously they've never met and their powers are so different that we don't know what would happen. We don't even know if GR's mind can be controlled by Phoenix, or that DP could read GR's mind. OR that GR would be able to use some Hellfire on her...

We don't know how Hellfire would work on the Phoenix. I don't think the Phoenix has ever faced magic before.

I still say DP wins.

Phew!! I can see that this thread isnt really serious, but I was worried there for a minute. To even contemplate that GR would even have a scarce chance of winning is mind blowing.
