If not, Galactus wins.

His biggest feat is teleporting away the guardian's homeworld.

He also trashed pretty much the entire Justice League. Still that's no Galactus. FYI his big feats all happen in the JLU episode "The Return" which is on season 3 of the Justice League which comes out October 24 if you are interested.
