Is there a burning program or method that I can use so that when I burn an audio CD, when I put it in another computer and open it, that computer knows what songs are what on the CD?

I feel like there must be a way to save that information in a small file and burn that on the CD. It seems like a pretty simple piece of code to create and burn that file in the burning process and then to search for and interpret it when I want to open the CD in the program and play it.

Someone must have done this or something like it at some point. Anyone have any ideas?
