There's no good bio on the net. Just take a Superman type guy and give him energy projection, energy shunting, shields, teleportation, and the ability to see the future and you've got Spartan 3.0

This the Military upgrade Spartan with Voids orb, desame guy that was most likely jobbing to Majestic consedering his got position of the Orb yet Majestic had to have some kinda plot device to beat him... He takes it 10/10 even if Superman had to use T-vo, this probably the only guy that T-vo wouldnt work.. for very good reason 😄 ...
