I dunno. Yea, Mister X has low-level telepathy, but DD's radar sense might as well be telepathy in this case. Plus, with all of his ninja training, DD is probably able to mask his moves, since he's still able to defeat Elektra who's a highly-skilled martial artist with telepathic abilities. So, using that logic, he should be able to beat Mister X.

Indeed - elektra's abilities are similar, and I'd give Daredevil a hefty majority over her.
Not to mention, as you already have, that Daredevil's radar sense predicts movements just as well as Mister X's telepathy does. I'll give Daredevil the majority here.
Daredevil. The problem with X and Wolverine was that Mr. X was able to predict his moves and counter them, basically what Daredevil does already. Mister X shouldn't be able to hit him, but I donbt X can accurately predict Matt's moves since he's shown to be able to shield his mind against other low level telepaths (one of the little ninja tricks he knows)
