I believe she has, it was mentioned here before, at some point when she didn't have her powers.

Hell, she defeated an entire army of heavily armoured parademons armed with only a sword.

A better match would have been WW (powerless) vs. Lady Shiva or something...

Which Robin, first of all?

Wonder Woman, of course. Regardless of powers shes one of the most skilled fighters there is, and hand-to-hand isn't the sort of thing Tim excels in like Batman and Nightwing (although he is a good fighter).

WW if they go toe to toe. But if Tim uses his brains and jumps around then he wins.

Diana is more skilled the way i see it. If wer talking of the current Robin. Someone like Shiva would beat her tho.

I see Diana as exceptionally skilled for someone in the top tier.

I see Tim as a B class MA.

I wouldn't put Diana anywhere near an A class ma, all showings taken into account.
