Napalm Death fans might remember him. He drank himself to death basically. Not one of the best guitarists ever but very good for a death metal artist. He also was in Terrorizer.

Didn't even know he was gone. Sad at this, I used to listen to a lot of Napalm Death when Bill Steer was with them.
