well I have very little knowledge as to who deathstroke is so i guess I'll go with kingpin

Deathstroke is stronger, faster, and more skilled than Kingpin. He's going to win this easily. Also, since this fight isn't only H2H, Slade could just shoot Kingpin.

Kingpin is pretty strong, he ripped a mans arm off without even trying. He's not as strong as DS, but he is strong.

As for the fight, Slade shoots him in the face.
