Bullseye kills the Joker w/wo prep

Bullseye has an edge here. not my much, but he has one. he'd take out Jokers thugs, harley would go down easily, but Joker would be the hardest to kill. bullseye 5/5.

Bullseye wins, with or without prep. He's quite the beast with prep aswell, As Punisher vs Bullseye shows.

Bullseye 10/10 w/out prep. With Mr. J seems to have it. Gotta see scans of Bullseye using prep

Bullseye. I really don't get why People think Joker is some sort of analogous prep god like his counterpart. Sure he does pre-emptive strikes and have a good prep feats but his schemes are far from exceptional. Bullseye is also good at prep and when he is at a disadvantage, his accuracy and ruthlessness will pave to the possibility of taking down the opponent with him if he goes down.

Joker: Last Laugh was a good prep feat. When he broke out of yhe Slab.

Would like to see Bullseyes preps though.
