Well I feel pretty lucky that I lived in the Washington DC area for 11 years and spent much of that time working to bridge as many diplomatic relationships with as many foreign female "diplomats" as possible.

My answer is actually girls from the USA that lived in the country (hick) and coming to the city the first time, they were the most wild!
