okay I have CS2..I am not sure which you have, but mine is under edit 🙂

you can also get blending options by right clicking your chosen layer, over on the layer pallet..if thats even the right term for it 😂

I have PSP and CS2 I have only been using CS2 lately, I have no idea how to make decent sigs in PSP anymore, I forgot everything 😮

😂 oh well, no harm done 😛

1. Make a new layer.
2. Hit Ctrl+A.
3. Go to Edit > Stroke.
4. Set the size and color to whatever you want and hit okay.
