okay I have CS2..I am not sure which you have, but mine is under edit

you can also get blending options by right clicking your chosen layer, over on the layer pallet..if thats even the right term for it

I have PSP and CS2 I have only been using CS2 lately, I have no idea how to make decent sigs in PSP anymore, I forgot everything

oh well, no harm done

1. Make a new layer.
2. Hit Ctrl+A.
3. Go to Edit > Stroke.
4. Set the size and color to whatever you want and hit okay.
