Yeah, based on his stats and limited (but powerful) showings, Doop's gotta be Skyfather level, at least. He's also proficient in hundreds of different fighting styles.

I remember seeing a bio of him once and laughing till it hurt because of how powerful he is, and how dumb he looks.
