He was beat in New Avengers 8 by Wolverine, Luke Cage, Spider-Man and Spider-Woman (I think that was the team...) so Wonder Woman should take him.

Hell, Captain America once one-shotted his ass. Even Iron Fist took down the entire Wrecking Crew by his lonesome.

Yes. I've never seen him without it.

It's a relatively useless weapon and WW could just grab it and whack him into submission like Speed Demon did.

Diana beats him pretty badly. At his absolute best levels, like when he was able to challenge Thor solo, he might get a lick or two in before Wonder Woman dismantles him.
