I need help with the titles for these movies:

1) this movie is about twin boys/clones ..the are identical. One boy was living with a family while the other evil twin lived out in the woods. They each had a special talent and the evil one would sometimes trade places with the good one to do some bad things.I remember the boys had freckled faces , could have been black and white. ITS NOT "THE OTHER"

2)a vampire type one where the heorine of the movie gets lifted up off the ground by her finger by the main vampire, he breaks her finger and throws her to the ground.

3) This old movie had a husband and wife who played tricks on each other. The wife kills the husband(she thinks) and he comes back to haunt her. It may be from the 60's and in black and white.

Any ideas???
